Semiconductor Lasers
Han’s TianCheng (TCS) manufactures wide range of high brightness fiber coupled diode laser modules with output power up to hundreds of watts, and wavelength from UV to near infrared. These products are widely used in the field of material processing, diode-pumped solid-state pumping, fiber laser pumping, laser display, medical application and scientific research. Han’s TCS also provides special wavelengths and multi-wavelength products, and other customized products and OEM services for the customers.
Pumping Sources
- 793 nm fiber coupled diode lasers, 8 W – 140 W
- 808 nm / 880 nm fiber coupled diode lasers, 7 W – 120 W
- 915 nm fiber coupled diode lasers, 10 W – 260 W
- 976 nm VBG fiber coupled diode lasers, 10 – 140 W
Applications: pumping source for solid-state lasers and fiber lasers, material processing.

Medical and cosmetology
- 808 nm / 908 nm / 1064 nm / 1470 nm fiber coupled diode lasers, 15 W – 600 W
- Other wavelengths from UV to near-infrared also available: 405 nm, 635 nm, etc.
Applications: laser scalpel, hair removal, dental treatment.
